Avaya IP Office Manager DLL's from version 5.0(8).

DO NOT INSTALL THIS PATCH IF YOUR IP OFFICE IS VERSION 6.0 OR GREATER

These DLLS resolve a problem with the Avaya Configuration Manager interface used to change names on the IP Office.  When a name is changed on the IP Office SMDR is disabled causing the call accounting to fail.  Avaya has acknowledged this problem and will resolve it in a future release of the IP Office.

It is not recommended to install these DLL's if the IP Office version is not 5.0 or greater.

To apply this patch:

1. Download this zip file.
2. Shutdown the voicemail system using Server Control.
3. Unzip the contents of the AvayaConfigV5.zip into the installation folder, typically C:\DUVOICE.  Overwrite any existing files.
4. Start the voicemail system using Server Control.

Avaya IP Office Manager DLL's from version 6.0(8).

The DLL's contained in this patch overwrite the older versions placed on the system to support IP Office version 5 and ealier.  They are typically needed for those sites which upgraded their IP Office to version 6 from an earlier version.

Demonstration Installation of 4.00. This software can be installed on any Windows 7, Vista, and WindowsXP.  It can be installed on laptops for the purpose of demonstrating the DuVoice system as well.

This version has no ability to answer calls or become a fully featured voicemail system.

Note: If .NET 3.5 is not installed on the system, this update will download and install it for you.  During this process internet access must be available.  If the system is not connected to the internet you may download the .NET 3.5 install and install it before performing the update.

Interface server which allows DuVoice voice mail servers to communicate with the ShoreTel telephone system.

Do not use this on any version newer than 4.00.  Versions 4.01 and 5.X support the newer ShoreTel interface developed in combination with ShoreTel.
