This table outlines the supported file types for VeMail messages and which operating systems they are available on. DuVoice recommends using MS GSM 6.10. This is the best format available supported on all platforms and is of very small size so as to not cause bandwidth or space problems on mobile phones.
The format MS GSM 6.10 is the default format format for VeMail on all newer systems.

+ When DuVoice is installed on Windows 7 sending VeMail as MP3 is not available. Microsoft no longer ships a codec which supports the conversion.
