What: DV4/DV2000 system time based events such as wakeup calls and Day/Night greetings activate at the wrong time.
Who: DV4/DV2000 systems shipped prior to 2007 with version 3.05 and below.
Why: In 2005, the U.S. Congress enacted a law that makes critical date changes to Daylight Savings Time in 2007. This affected all Microsoft
Windows operating systems and programs including the older DuVoice DV4/DV2000 product line. Microsoft issued Daylight savings time updates for Windows 2000 and XP (not NT or Embedded) that fixed many daylight savings time issues but many related programs and applications (dlls)were not supported by these updates. More info can be found in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article:

Resolution:
* Upgrade your DuVoice software to 4.0 or 3.05 version 3.05.046 (A software support agreement will be required for these upgrades).
or
* Disable daylight savings, and change the time manually in March and November each year (This is the option for Windows NT or Windows Embedded systems)
