Conferencing
Most telephone systems support some limited conference features. DVBridge gives every telephone system sophisticated conference features. DVBridge connects up to eight single line extensions on any telephone system or directly to Central Office lines.
8 or 14 Ports
Most key systems and smaller PBXs will support up to three parties in an outside conference. With DVBridge, any single conference call can contain up to eight participants. Two units can be linked together for 14 conference ports.
Password Protection
Assures privacy – conference access is password protected.
Secured Meetings
The conference organizer can close a meeting to additional participants. The meeting can later be unlocked to allow others to join.
Instant Conferencing
To join a conference, participants need only dial the lead DVBridge number and, when the system answers, enter the password. This means that you can schedule a conference without having a conference organizer in charge of setting up and ending it.
Call-out Conferencing
A conference organizer can have the system place outbound calls to participants to invite them to join a conference in progress.
