DuVoice only ships versions for 6.0 and above therefore you can install this patch when you upgrade or re-install. To install, shutdown the voicemail and unzip the contents into the DuVoice install folder. This is typically C:\DUVOICE however in some older systems is C:\PAIRTREE32
