====== Ads & Deals ======
Using this method of message delivery a hotel can track deals or advertisements sent to guests.

This **HowTo** will demonstrate how to send a deal for the spa for a limited time. The message will be sent to all recipients and once the time expires the message will be automatically deleted from the guests mailbox.

In this example we will be sending the message to all checked in rooms. This group has been automatically populated for us by the hospitality server.

Unchecking //Compact// will generate a report for the dates specified with a separate row for each recipient along with the details of the message. This report is best for exporting to CSV or other formats.

This report will generate a report showing all the messages during the time period chosen with options to show more detail or print it directly.

There are three columns to the detail report. At the bottom of the //Activity// and //Recipients// columns it will show a summary of activities performed.

This contains detail about the message we sent.

== Activity ==
Here you can see all the activity performed on the message. For example you can see mailbox 3101 room 100-101 listened to the message and deleted it.

== Recipients ==
Here you will see the full list of all recipients and the last action they performed on the message.
