SettingDescription
Call progressHow should the system handle call progress. This should be set to SIP Packets only unless using RingCentral which must be set to Audio tones after RING event.
SettingDescription
Send MWI to addressWhen checked the system will bypass the SIP stack and send MWI Notify directly to the extensions SIP address. The mailbox MWI address must be a SIP address.
Send MWI to address using TCPUse TCP to send the SIP notify directly to the extensions SIP address rather than UDP.
Enable MWI subscriptionListen for MWI subscriptions. Limited to 250.
Redirect SIP notifyOptional domain or IP address to redirect SIP notify messages when mailbox address is not a SIP address. Must specify port number. Example: 192.168.100.100:6050 or domainname.com:6050. Default is blank.
SettingDescription
DTMF SourceWhere should the source of DTMF come from? This setting is read before each line goes offhook to answer a call, allowing it to be modified while the system is running.
It is not recommended to change this setting unless the PBX has issues with DTMF clamping resulting in duplicate DTMF.
Default uses RTP or RFC2833/RFC4733 as the source of all DTMF. SIP INFO uses INBAND or RFC2833/RFC4733 to detect DTMF interrupt, but uses a INFO packet as the exclusive source of DTMF.
Note this feature will not work if the only source of DTMF is SIP INFO. The system still relies on DTMF via the RTP packet to signal detection.

Troubleshooting information can be found here
Accept calls from selfWhen checked the system will accept calls from its own extensions/groups. Default is to reject all calls from its own extensions/groups to prevent forwarding problems. This helps with systems were the call forwarding ring count is less than what the DV2000 expects. For example when the DV2000 calls a station and it forwards back to the DV2000 the system will reject the call and treat it as a ring no answer.
