Media Gateway (DMG)

If you suspect integration issues with the DMG and your PBX, you can view the integration logs on the DMG by following the steps below.

  1. Login to DMG
  2. Choose Trace/Logging
  3. Stop tracing
  4. Clear logs
  5. Click Configure button on Trace row
  6. Uncheck everything
  7. On column Tel check the event column
  8. Click Submit
  9. Click Start
