SIP Logs

This procedure explains how to enable Dialogic HMP SIP debugging at the driver level.

These logs and what they contain are not documented by Dialogic and can only be interpreted by them. However with debug logging enabled it's possible to find the issue yourself.

Do not leave debugging enabled for extended periods of time. It will not only use additional drive space but could impact performance. Therefore once testing has been completed, follow the disable guideline.

  1. Open an command line window with administrator privileges.
  2. rtftool pause
  3. rtftool clean
  4. Copy “c:\ProgramData\Dialogic\HMP\cfg\rtfconfigwin.xml” “c:\ProgramData\Dialogic\HMP\cfg\rtfconfigwin.sav”
  5. Copy “c:\program files (x86)\DuVoice DV2000\rtfconfigwin.xml” “c:\ProgramData\Dialogic\HMP\cfg”
  6. rtftool reload
  7. rtftool resume
